Tania knew that event planning was her career path from her first part-time job as an Event Attendant in Sydney, Australia. With over ten years of experience dealing with international and domestic event planners, she has become an expert in designing and executing experiences that allow attendees to have an authentic taste of Mexico while making every planning process she’s involved with as seamless as possible for her clients.
Now, as DMS Mexico’s Business Development Director, she’s ready to prove that Mexico is a destination where world-class experiences can happen!

MICE - Meetings & Events Manager
During Adrian's stint in the tourism industry, he has always enjoyed facing and to learn from the challenges that have been presented to him no matter how difficult they may be. This, mainly by relying on his disruptive thinking, professionalism, proactivity, and, above all, creativity and good sense of humor.
For this and more, is why, despite his young age, at the beginning of 2021 he became part of the DMS Mexico team as its youngest member, climbing quickly from being just an intern to be the manager of the "MICE - Meetings & Events" division.

Gustavo White
Marketing Director
He has a degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and an Advanced Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Marketing, graduated in 1993.
With more than 25 years of experience in Marketing and 7 years in DMS Mexico, Gustavo is responsible for the Communications and Marketing of the company. His main objective is to keep customers informed with newsletters, blogs and other content and be their first contact to meet their requirements.
